Download and install
From email confirmation to checking the received file.
1. Check availability
The download center shows the current version and active files when a release is distributed. If unavailable, no package has been released through this channel yet.
2. Request access
Register and confirm your address through the verification link. Then request a download link in the center using the same email. The response is identical for all addresses and does not reveal registration status. Access emails are only sent to confirmed, eligible registrations when a version is available. Optional communication consent is not required to download.
3. Open the link and choose the file
The access link expires in 24 hours. Request another in the download center if it expires. Withdrawing a version also invalidates previous access. Choose a file matching the stated platform and architecture. Its temporary URL lasts about five minutes; if transfer does not start, return to your still-valid access link and retry.
4. Verify the file
Compare the download center's size and SHA-256 with your file. In Windows PowerShell, run Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 -LiteralPath "C:\\path\\file", replacing the path with the received file. The entire hash must match. If it does not, do not run the file; download it again from the official channel.
SHA-256 detects content differences; it does not prove the publisher's identity. A digital signature, if present, is a separate check. We do not claim the current package is signed without inspecting the actual file.
5. Install according to the actual package
A file .exe may be an installer or just the app executable. A Flutter Windows build may need DLLs and a data folder alongside it. A .zip may contain these files; extract the entire package before running. Follow the verified package's instructions. Do not copy or run a .exe alone, assuming it is a complete installation.
If Windows shows a warning, check the file's name, source and signature if available. Do not disable system-wide protection. If uncertain, wait for a confirmed package in the official download center.
